From start to finish, my experience with this company was nothing short of outstanding. Phil came to service a pipe break, and while doing so, he discovered a serious issue with my water heater that had been improperly installed by another company, releasing dangerous carbon gases into my home. Not only did he fix the pipe break seamlessly, but he also brought my water heater up to city code, ensuring my home and family were safe. I was in the cold waiting for another company to service the heater. He got my heater back up and running efficiently, advocated for me with the home warranty company (Elite Home Warranty, who also showed excellent customer care and integrity).  Phil’s attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in every step of the process. Phil is a true master of his craft—extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Beyond his technical expertise, his courtesy, care, and integrity stood out the most. Our furnace went out this winter during the worst cold stretch in years. Phil came out on a Friday and had my unit replaced by Saturday night! He didn't think twice about working over the weekend to make sure we didn't go without heat for more than a day. It was truly one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Lock them into your phone. This is the second time Phil has responded to my home to fix something. Last year it was my AC on the hottest day of the year. This year it was the heat on the coldest day of the year. Very reasonable prices and great service. I'll never use anyone else.

Our heater stoped working late on a Sunday evening and after calling 5 different companies with no response. I came across Tri Elite Advisors. Tri Elite Services provide great service! The service rep Phil came to my home and had footies over their shoes. The rep explained the issue and explained the potential issues with the unit and the solutions to address those potential issues.
